Travel is a big part of any Twilight babe's life.

Take it from Ashley Greene, spotted Thursday afternoon heading out of her Los Angeles apartment en route to Los Angeles International Airport.

Sporting simple cut-offs and a white tee, Ashley looked casual and plane-ready, plus one accessory--a doggy carrier!

See her adorable pooch, getting ready to hit the tarmac with his mom. Greene will next be seen as Alice Cullen in November's anticipated vampire sequel New Moon.

A recent article by Variety, though, indicates that the film will indeed be making its way through the commercial marketplace.

According to Variety,

Samuel Goldwyn Films has acquired U.S. distrib rights to William Hurt starrer "The Yellow Handkerchief."

Produced by Arthur Cohn, pic follows three strangers on a road trip through post-Hurricane Katrina Louisiana. Maria Bello, Kristen Stewart and Eddie Redmayne also star.

Acquisition was negotiated by Cohn and Samuel Goldwyn prexy Meyer Gottlieb.

Goldwyn tentatively plans a fall or winter theatrical release.

A 2008 review of the film by Variety discussed the strengths of it. According to the review, "Though both Hurt and Stewart appeared in "Into the Wild" last year, here they're given sufficient screentime to explore their enigmatic characters."

Plugging away during a full day of filming, Robert Pattinson was doing his thing on the “Remember me” movie set in Washington Square Park on Thursday afternoon (July 2).

Changing up outfits after the morning’s shoot, the Edward Cullen hunk teamed up with co-star Emilie de Ravin while shooting a few bicycle scenes.

Meanwhile, Pattinson’s “ Twilight” co-star, Michael Welch, recently chatted with press about how the “New Moon” crew changed things up from the book to give Robert more camera time in the upcoming “Twilight” sequel.

Welch tells, “They figured out a very clever way to get Edward back in the film much more than he is in the book. It’s more of, like, a hallucination kind of thing.”

Kicking off another day on the set of his new movie “Remember Me,” Robert Pattinson was spotted shooting scenes in New York City this morning (July 2).

Joined by costars Emilie de Ravin and Chris Cooper, the “New Moon” stud looks to have embraced his Big Apple surroundings based on his New York Yankees baseball cap.

And it was an eventful day on the Manhattan set, as Emilie was spotted kissing Chris in one of the scenes… talk about a May-December moment!

In addition, Robert filmed several intense scenes, looking fit, fine, and focused. It already looks like “Remember Me” is going to be a winner.

Teen sensations Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning were seen jumping on a car and kicking over a garbage can on the set of The Runaways in Los Angeles Thursday.

The film documents the all-teen girl rock band that formed in Hollywood, California in the mid-70s, eventually spawning successful solo acts Joan Jett and Lita Ford.

The Runaways, which also stars Scout Taylor-Compton and Hannah Marks, hits theatres next year.

You recently cut your hair (and it looks great!). Was it for your role as "Alice", or something you wanted to do for yourself? Do you prefer it shorter or longer?

Thanks! I cut it to make my hair fit under the Alice wig properly. I didn't have to go quite so short but I figured it's the only time I would EVER do it. I'm a long hair girl... I've had long hair my whole life. It's cute short, but I'll grow it back out.

In your opinion, what makes someone beautiful?

I think a lot of what makes someone beautiful is how a person presents themselves. I was talking to someone the other day about how I find French woman so beautiful... it's something they possess inherently. I feel like when someone has a zest for life they come off vibrant and beautiful.

Teaming up for a long day on the set, Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning were busy filming scenes for “The Runaways” in Los Angeles on Wednesday (July 1).

During the course of the day’s action, Miss Fanning ended up taking a spill, then having a big laugh with Miss Stewart before jumping on a car and kicking over a trash can.

Meanwhile, the day’s filming session comes after recent reports that Kristen ended up in tears after being given a hard time by Joan Jett - whome she plays in the band flick.

Of the situation, a source told the New York Daily News, “Joan just wants Kristen to play an authentic version of herself, so she needled her a little bit too much. But she apologized when she realized how upset Kristen got.”

'In the film, it's more of like a hallucination kind of thing,' Welch says of fitting the largely absent Edward Cullen into the second movie installment.

SANTA MONICA, California - Without a doubt, huge groups of Twilighters all over the world fantasize about Edward Cullen every day. But as popular as breakout star Robert Pattinson has become, those who've read "New Moon" know that his character Edward is absent for much of the story. Now, we've got the scoop on director Chris Weitz's dreamy solution to the problem.

"They figured out a very clever way to get Edward back in the film much more than he is in the book," revealed "Twilight" series star Michael Welch when he stopped by the MTV studios recently, acknowledging that Weitz and screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg have devised a plan to work around the "New Moon" plot - which has Edward breaking up with Bella (Kristen Stewart) early in the story and fleeing to Italy. "It's more of, like, a hallucination kind of thing."

Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner enjoyed a boys' night out watching the LA Dodgers play the Colorado Rockies, Monday, June 29, giving the girls more to be excited about than the game.

He sat in the front row of the baseline box section and took the female attention he attracted in his stride, with many young girls coming up to him for autograph.

Joining Taylor in the crowd were late night chat show host Jimmy Kimmel and celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck; Chuck star Zachary Levi threw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Dodger Stadium.

The 17-year-old's popularity skyrocketed after he bulked up for the Twilight sequel, New Moon, and gave everyone a glimpse of his rippling muscles in the first trailer of the film released during the MTV Movie awards, in which he is famously seen shirtless just before turning into werewolf.

Pictures emerged today of actor/musician, Robert Pattinson filming Remember Me at the Alice in Wonderland statue in Central Park, New York City. Perhaps the British actor felt especially at home leaning on Alice since she is a creation of one of his countrymen, Lewis Carroll (Charles Ludwig Dodgson), who wrote the classic novel, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. The statue may very well make its way into the final film. What is its history?

Sculpted in bronze by Jose de Creeft after the novel's original illustrations by John Tenniel, the Margarita Delacorte Memorial, as it's officially called, was commissioned by publisher and philanthropist, George Delacorte both to honor his wife, Margarita, and as a gift to the children of New York. It was dedicated in Central Park on May 7, 1959.

Explaining that the Pattinson clan doesn’t want to see Rob in a relationship with Kristen, his aunt, Diana Nutley, bluntly told Life & Style magazine, “I don’t think it would be a good idea for Robert to be in a serious relationship with Kristen.”

Summit Entertainment will film The Twilight Saga: Eclipse from August 17th until October 31st at Vancouver Film Studios. David Slade (30 Days of Night) will direct from a script by Melissa Rosenberg.

In the third installment of the franchise, coming to theaters on June 30, 2010, Bella (Kristen Stewart) once again finds herself surrounded by danger as Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward (Robert Pattinson) and her friendship with Jacob (Taylor Lautner) - knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella is confronted with the most important decision of her life.

The second film, The Twilight Saga: New Moon, hits theaters on November 20 and was directed by Chris Weitz (The Golden Compass).
