Video: Trailer Premiere of Ashley's 'Skateland'

Having given fans a first glimpse last year by releasing on-set photos, "Skateland" has just now unleashed the Anthony Burns directed drama's theatrical trailer.

Starring "Twilight" hottie Ashley Greene, the film is set in the early 1980s in small-town Texas while depicting dramatic events which forced a 19-year-old skating rink manager to look at his life in a very new way.

Hitting theaters on March 25, Miss Greene previously told MTV News of the movie, "It follows us through all the trials and errors of becoming an adult and figuring out who you are and what you want. You see love and you see loss and everything in between."

"Every time I look at it, what I notice the most is how much I look like my mom," Greene added of her character's look. "Because, you know, it's set in the '80s and so I've got pictures of her and my dad from the '80s and it's kind of creepy how much we look alike."

Ashley Greene Talks 2011, 'Breaking Dawn' And Miley Cyrus Fans

With roles in 'LOL,' 'Skateland,' 'The Apparition' and more, the 'Twilight Saga' star is one of MTV News' 11 for '11.

Ashley Greene has spent the first days of 2011 doing martial-arts training. If we didn't know she was gearing up for some vampire fisticuffs in "Breaking Dawn," we might say the 23-year-old is getting ready to kick, punch and otherwise pound into submission the next 12 months. Because after years spent as a beloved supporting player in the "Twilight" franchise, Greene is set to take her turn in 2011 as one of the series' breakout stars.

The year begins with the debut of the Sundance indie "Skateland," an '80s coming-of-age tale. Then it's on to "LOL," a comedy in which she stars as a bad girl opposite Miley Cyrus. And don't forget about "The Apparition," a supernatural thriller that brings "Twilight" together with "Harry Potter" (Tom Felton) and "Gossip Girl" (Sebastian Stan), and the ensemble comedy, "Butter." Oh, yeah — plus the first part of "Breaking Dawn."

Yep, it's going to be a big year for Greene. That's why we've named her as one of MTV News' 11 to Watch in 2011. During a break from the "Breaking Dawn" set in Louisiana, the actress answered some questions via e-mail, hitting on subjects like working with Cyrus, her most anticipated "Breaking Dawn" scene and what it was like to see Kristen Stewart as a vampire.

MTV: 2011 is shaping up to be a big year for you, coming off all the "Twilight" exposure and now having some prominent roles in "The Apparition," "LOL" and a bunch of other projects coming down the line. Does 2011 feel like it's going to be a particularly big year?

Ashley Greene: Definitely. I'm very excited for it. While it will be sad to finish filming the last installment of "The Twilight Saga," I'm grateful to have so much to look forward to. There's so much going on and so many wonderful opportunities popping up for 2011, and somehow I feel very Zen right now — I'm in a good place!

Ashley Greene Takes Joe Jonas to Meet the Fam

Things are getting pretty serious between Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene...or so they want you to believe!

The two have been casually dating for almost four months now, but just this weekend Greene finally decided to take her famous other half home to meet her parents in Jacksonville, Florida.

Are these two taking their relaysh to the next level?

Not unless Joe gets rid of that purity ring, but we'll get to that later.

Greene and Jonas were spotted over the weekend shopping at the outdoor mall and eating at the California Pizza Kitchen in Jacksonville Beach, but things got really hot in an obvious PDA way on Saturday night when the two were seen at the local Ritz Bar hanging out and making out.

"They were there with two other couples and at first went unnoticed," says eyewitness and former celebrity publicist, Jonathan Jaxson. "Then they moved to the back corner for more privacy. They were very cute together; she was caressing him, they were making out and holding hands."

While the two weren't at the night spot alone, our spy says the two only had eyes for each other.

"After they started making out, they drew some unwanted attention," says Jaxson. "A lot of people were coming up to them and asking for pictures."

2010 Teen Choice Awards Winners

The winners for the 2010 Teen Choice Awards, which aired yesterday at 8 p.m. on Fox with hosts Katy Perry and the male stars of Glee, were announced yesterday by the network, after the ceremony was taped at the Gibson Amphitheater in Los Angeles. In total, 105 award winners were announced, spanning five major categories from movies and television to music and fashion. Vampires dominated the awards, as the Twilight movies (both New Moon and Eclipse) racked up 12 surf-board shaped trophies, while TV drama The Vampire Dairies took home seven. Twilight‘s Robert Pattison, country music sensation Taylor Swift, and pint-sized pop star Justin Bieber each took home four awards. The winners were chosen through more than 85 million votes cast online.

Robert Pattinson And Ashley Greene Will Attend 2010 Teen Choice Awards

Looks like the Teen Choice Awards' strategy is paying off this year: nominate as many people as possible, that way you'll get more celebs to attend your show. (Seriously, you guys, have you SEEN the nominees list? It's like a novel.) Just confirmed to appear on the show (airing August 9), according to Gossip Cop: Robert Pattinson and Ashley Greene (Twi-hards unite!), Sandra Bullock (who doesn't love the lady?), and "Gossip Girl" Leighton Meester.

Not that these recent confirmations are surprising in any way (what would a teen-centric award show be without R-Pattz?), but we're wondering why the attendee list is so slow to trickle out! Already set to attend are Zac Efron (he's got "Charlie St. Cloud" to promote, after all), Victoria Justice, Miranda Cosgrove, David Archuleta, and the Kardashian sisters (Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney for sure, no word on the younger ladies).

We're still looking to see some "Harry Potter" stars, more musically inclined people besides Archie (J-Biebs, where you at?), and a bunch more TV stars to attend. Helloooooo, "Vampire Diaries" cast. And some Gleeks would be nice. Just saying.

Kellan Lutz Loved Seeing Ashley Greene 'Transform' For 'Warrior'

'Ashley's friggin' talented,' he raves about his 'Twilight' co-star.

After playing Ashley Greene's vampire brother in three "Twilight" movies, it could have been weird for Kellan Lutz to play her love interest in the upcoming movie "Warrior." But at the 2010 VH1 Do Something Awards, where Lutz won recognition for his work with animals, the actor had the highest praise for his co-star.

In the movie, set for release sometime in 2011, Lutz plays a lacrosse player whose life spirals out of control after his father dies.

"Ashley's friggin' talented. It's really cool to see your friend [in a different way] and to work with a friend, let alone her being so talented, to see her transform from one character to another," he raved of Greene, who plays a girl named Brooklyn. "Alice is a fun little pixie character, and then Brooklyn, you know, is a sweet, lacrosse-player type of coach's daughter. It's fun working with her and seeing her transform herself."

Despite their on-screen romance in "Warrior," Lutz said that in real life he and Ashley are like brother and sister. "It's very much like working with family," he explained.

In late 2008, Greene spoke to MTV News about the project. "['Warrior'] is about Kellan's journey," she said. "It's very much Kellan's movie, which is really exciting for him. It's his journey that he goes through, with trials and errors, and his temper and stuff like that. And I join forces with him, and my dad doesn't like that very much, so we deal with that."
