'Twilight' Fan Timbaland Wants Edward And Bella In His Video

'I want the same characters of 'Twilight,' ' producer says of video ideas for new single 'Morning After Dark.'

LAS VEGAS — Ever since their careers exploded around last year at this time, it's rare to see "Twilight" stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart doing anything other than slaving away on the sets of "New Moon" and the next sequel, "Eclipse." Now, Timbaland wants to give the sexy duo a chance to let their hair down on his next music video — and if anybody can make it happen, it's the Grammy-winning producer and rapper.

"I want certain people in the video," he revealed to us over the weekend at Justin Timberlake's charity concert, talking about "Morning After Dark," the first single off his upcoming album Shock Value 2, and featuring the new artist SoShy. "I want the same characters of 'Twilight,' which I've almost got."

Timbaland has spoken to us before about how Shock Value 2 was influenced by the world of Stephenie Meyer, and that "Morning After Dark" seizes on some of the darker themes in her world. Now he says he's on the verge of getting Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and possibly other "Twilight" stars to appear in the video.

"If I get Bella and Edward, it would be [ideal]," he explained. "I'm gonna give a twist to it, though."

Cast Does A Late Dinner In Vancouver

People is reporting that Kristen, Robert, Sam Bradley, and some friends went out to a late dinner in Vancouver the other night. And again, more Rob and Kristen rumors prevail...

Another day, another dinner out! Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, enjoying a late night dinner with friends (including the actor's pal Sam Bradley) and their managers at Pinky's Steakhouse and Cocktail Lounge in Vancouver. The group arrived around 10 p.m. and stayed for about three hours. "They ate and they enjoyed themselves," a source says. When the Twilight stars were done with their meal, they dashed from the restaurant into waiting cabs en route to their hotel. Once they arrived at the hotel, Pattinson tried to block snappers from Stewart, "using his body as a shield," the source says, adding, "it was very clear ... Rob and Kristen were a couple."

Kristen Stewart To Take On New Role

There’s been a lot of Internet buzz that Kristen Stewart will join the buzz-cut ranks for a movie titled, “An American Girl,” in which she would play a Marine. So is this real or just another Stewart rumor?

Gossip Cop can now confirm, via her rep, that it is TRUE!

“An American Girl,” to be directed by James Woods, is about a woman who after high school finds herself wasting her life drinking and drugging in a small town in Indiana. During one particular night of boozing, she has sex with a guy in a quarry. “She gets taped doing it on somebody’s phone and in a small town,” says Woods, “her reputation is ruined and on a drunken whim, she joins the Marines.”

Stewart’s character sobers up, learns a number of important life lessons as a Marine, and even returns to her hometown, where she rebuilds her life.

Woods, who didn’t want anyone else but Stewart for the lead role, adds, “It’s a phenomenal story and a slam-dunk Oscar for her.”

Not only is Woods excited about Stewart starring, but her rep told Gossip Cop exclusively, “It is a project that she loves.”

Kristen Stewart is featured in Interview Magazine. I believe this is for either the October or November issue. It's an interesting read about how she feels about the Twilight Saga, playing Bella, and the fame that has come along with it:

Stewart grew up in Los Angeles in a Hollywood family of sorts—her mother is a script supervisor, and her father is a stage manager—and as a kid announced her interest in working in front of the camera. Her second film, David Fincher’s 2002 thriller, Panic Room, in which she played Jodie Foster’s too-quick, too-wise, too-over-it daughter, proved an early indicator of her ability to play young, smart, but not precocious. Her performance in more left-of-center projects such as Sean Penn’s Into the Wild (2007) and this year’s Adventureland has only reinforced that notion. But if there’s a thread that runs through her relatively small body of work, it’s one that’s closely connected to the idea that you don’t have to be old to have soul. With Stewart, you don’t get 19-going-on-35. What you do get is a visceral window into what it means to be young and struggling to make sense of your own life and the world around you—and all the alternating waves of darkness and confusion and brightness and possibility that come with that. In many ways, it’s the unwritten nature of Stewart’s own story now, with its surreal subplots and recent twists and turns, that makes her compelling to watch. It’s true that she might very well be a rebel anodyne to many of her bleached and sprayed-on contemporaries. Or, like Bella Swan, she might just be someone who comes from somewhere, found her way into something exceptional, and is on her way to someplace else. Either way, she’s got a solid arc.

Twilight Stars On Set in Port Moody, B.C.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were spotted on set Wednesday night in Port Moody.

They were filming a scene for Eclipse — the third in the Twilight series — behind the Port Moody Arts Centre.

Increased security was in evidence as the duo drove their Volvo around the set and guards waved black umbrellas to deter photographers. Producers had promised extra security during the filming.

The Short family of Port Moody had a ringside seat as the couple drove around the lot below their balcony. The Shorts even shared their view with a Vancouver Sun photographer.

And diehard Twilight fans turned out for the event. One woman from Chicago had brought her husband to the set, hoping for a glimpse of the stars.
