Past Layouts
Version: 1.0
Dates used: December 7th, 2008 - February 9th, 2009
Color scheme: Blue
How it came about: Since blue is my favorite color and I tend to really like using different shades of blues for layouts, that's where Version 1.0 wound up.
I knew I wanted to use the photos from In Style since those were my favorite photos that had been released at the time. Since they actual photos didn't really have blue tones to them, I ended up having the photos blended into the background.
I wouldn't say that this is my most favorite creation that I have ever made, but it was a good start for getting back into the swing of layout designing.

How it came about: A couple of weeks into the site opening I was already getting tired of the blue layout, so I figured I would put up a temporary holiday layout to enjoy. I usually avoid having white backgrounds, but I didn't want it to be fully pink or green either. I probably could have made it even better, but time was of the essence and I wanted to get it up ASAP at the time!
